Goal	A life area someone is investing in. The UI may call it a category or life category.
Habit	A recurring or measurable practice associated with one goal.
Entry	A dated record of a check-off or measured habit progress.
Target	A goal’s desired points for a week, month, or year.
Balance wheel	Period view that aggregates progress across goals.
Assessment	A person’s satisfaction score for a life area.
Mood	A self-reported position on valence and arousal axes.
Journal	Reflection associated with mood activity.
Counselor access	An explicit, read-only grant from a client to a counselor.
Viewer	The counselor-facing routes for shared client data.
MCP	Model Context Protocol, used to let compatible clients invoke Orbit tools.
Wide event	A structured completion record that captures a meaningful unit of work.
UI push hub	The Durable Object channel used for realtime UI coordination.
